Bedford location : I had submitted an application online and they let me know I was approved. I was working with Lisa, she is incredible. I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to commit yet so I was just looking around at vehicles. Lisa tried being super helpful as well as two other employees here. I can’t really give a proper review right now. Bought a car from them yesterday drove home fine. Tried to start it today and it would not start. So, seeing that today is Sunday I am not able to get ahold of any. I will be call them first thing tomorrow morning and my review will be based on how this situation is handled. It’s no use of me having a car that I can’t drive! Thank god I have another vehicle!
The staff is super friendly. Debra was my sales lady. She was so nice to me. I was so nervous because of my financial situation. I didn’t think I would be able to be approved. She was able to get me financed on two different vehicles to choose from. I am so grateful to this dealership and I will definitely be back.
Mark and Bill in Tallmadge was awesome in working with me and getting me into the car that I wanted and was safe.
Miss Deb was amazing and did an excellent job in helping me get my new (to me!) 2012 Kia Sorrento. The process was smooth and didn't take up my entire day. Highly recommended...ask for Deb!!
