this company is so unprofessionl i paid deposit to move into an apartment and when going back to pay the rent and sign the lease they had rented the apartment to someone else and stated that they could not call and tell us anything because its against the law what a load of crap. I agree with Jeremy. I lived in the building on 20th street, and would try to contact Gary for my concerns. If you are lucky enough, he might answer his phone, and make promises about a repair for six weeks straight, until he finally gets around to fixing it. The police are always knocking on my door, asking about other tenants. Today, the fire department had to break down a door to investigate a smell, because stupid Gary and ABC Management couldnt/wouldnt be reached. And several residents had called about the smell, for se... read more

Whatever you do do not rent from these people. Unless you want to end up loosing all your belonging and ending up on the street, they will take you money with promises up and down. And then wont stick to those promises. So unless you want to end up as a street bum. Do not rent from these people
