Is been over 10 years since I had to leave a property they managed in Berea and they decide to garnish me for a big amount . So didn’t get papers to go to court to dispute this and I’m so mad and struggling . Please don’t live where they are the leasing manager this criminal .
This property management has air bnb homes. Please don't get caught like we did. They give you a 48 hr window to cancel but instead of replying back (they take days) they just leave it go and will refuse to refund you. They only want money. They don't care about ppl or even having a good reputation.
No one answered the phone mid-morning.
