Usually you wash my car as a courtesy, but this time you didn’t wash it for me. I was disappointed..
Jeff, the foremen in service, fixed our car within minutes of popping the hood. We have had an issue with our engine overheating since we purchased the car and no other mechanic at three other Hyundai dealerships were able to locate the issue. We are from Canada on a road trip and we were in a very bad position, worried that we wouldn't be able to get back home with the state of our car! Thank goodness for Jeff!
