My technician Vincent came out as scheduled to replace a part that was causing my refrigerator to drip into lower compartments, accumulating large amount of water under the deli drawer. So not only did the frig have to be totally emptied out, it had to be turned off 24 hours prior, so all components drawers, shelves to come out for the proper installation.
