Dissatisfied and genuinely disappointed with the lack of communication and common courtesy from the office staff. Still waiting on Hank to call and resolve the issue. It’s unreasonable for a back flow test to take almost 3 months to be completed after you installed the new back flow device. You completed the work on 2/22/19 and the test has yet to be completed. Always shows up between the times scheduled and sends me a text to let me know he's on the way which is great! Jon is always very polite and professional. Notices issues and gives recommendations on how to solve them. Whenever asked for additional spraying for spiders and scorpions Jon always obliges. Job well done!!!

I have been with them for a number of years. They try to send the same tech each time. The techs are thorough. The rates are reasonable. Customer service is very helpful. I like that they have expanded some of their services.
