DO NOT USE ABC HOME SERVICES. They are the worst service to use for anything. They do not show up, do not call at all until you review them om on yelp, break sprinkler system caps, etc. They expect you to wait on them for endless days(taking off work) to come mow your yard. I have lost $1000 due to them. I had to wait 3 days for them to come mow and they did not even call to say they couldn't make it. They were hired to plant crepe myrtle in my yard. ABC termite inspector Joseph came on time after a giving me a call, then did a thorough outside inspection, complete with a verbal tape outlining his actions. He even left pictures of new work and one questionable place on the foundation. Inside, he checked around a bathtub and in one bathroom for any suspicious signs of activity. Besides being scrupulous, Joseph was efficient and had a friendly smile. Five stars for my recent termite inspection!
