Took time off of work to get a quote for a new heater and ac unit. Turns out the receptionist never booked me in after we agreed to a day and time. Not impressed. I won’t consider these guys going forward for any work. What a waste of time. Replying to response: I wouldn't say the sincerest apologies were given. It was more of "ehhh I guess that was on me, sorry. Can we reschedule in the afternoon?" In addition, there was no mention of a discount. Am I just to assume that a discount would be given? Don’t ever use them for duct cleaning. They have terrible customer service first of all, they tell you they do everything like cleaning and pulling the blower which they did not, shortcuts taken to save time or make up time considering the service man lost a tool in my air duct then had to leave for an hour… prob why shortcuts were taken, my furnace when kicked smells of dust. Not to mention the suction barley did anything and my master bedroom furthest from the furnace was covered in dust, every room that had a register was... read more
ABC provides consistently excellent heating and cooling service. I appreciate their clear explanations of any problems and great communication regarding their service person's arrival time etc. I have been their customer for 25 years and have never wanted to look further. Always great! Highly recommend.
Great response and results. My A/C went down on Saturday. Trevor showed up promptly Monday morning and problem resolved before noon. Thanks for the consistent service! Really appreciated Trevor’s professionalism and personality!!
