I know this is not the norm and I don't want to put unrealistic expectations on customers but I called them, brought my window frame in, and had a pane of glass fitted to my frame within 30 minutes of my initial phone call.! In The glass industry this is unheard of. the price was very fair and the customer service was beyond compare. thank you so much. we will definitely be using you again for all of our glass needs
