Plus: Was able to schedule service for following day. Technician seemed very knowledgeable and gave several options for repair or replacing the unit. Work was completed on same visit; all work was cleaned up. Called at 5:15 PM after garage door malfunctioned (and original installer had closed for the day) By 6 PM Danny and Ezra were troubleshooting the problem, explaining to me the problems, my options, pricing and warranties and stayed long past the daylight hours to make sure it worked good as new.
