ABC went over and above for me I work in the medical field and missing unscheduled shifts is highly frowned apon I was trying to open my Garage door and go to work and the door wouldn't budge I was trapped in my garage! I called ABC and they had someone out in less than 45 min and repaired (Spring broken) . in another 45 min didn't charge me extra for after hrs or emergency I am extremely grateful Thank You so much Chris
Had a spring repaired that had a 'lifetime warranty' according to the tech. Ninety days later it broke. Of course there was nothing in writing about a 90 day service until he came to repair it and said there was a 90 day service guarantee (after he conveniently asked how long ago it had been repaired). Then he said he had to charge me a $50.00 service call but would waive the 90 day fee? What a scam. The first time he came out he had no tools. I had to borrow some from my neighbor and he didn't have a ladder (he used ours).
