Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Was this provider's office clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance!

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous
