He told me as long as nothing was bothering me nothing was needed. Then he had me come two more times for a "super" cleaning. He charged my insurance $1, 058.00 for something I was "high risk" for. I lost my dental insurance for the rest of the year just for a "super" cleaning. If I had had a problem after that; I would not have had insurance. READ YOU INSURANCE TO SEE WHAT HE SAYS HE DOES.

Have you been to a dental office where they scare you into a deep cleaning or a crown or a root canal when you don’t even need one? Well, ABC Family Dental Care is not one of those! I was given a same day appointment by a friendly receptionist. Each room was decorated super cute, I loved the flamingo theme! Both Dr. Bouwsma and his assistant was amazing and patient with me. The doctor suggested preventive care for my gums instead of immediately charging hundreds of dollars for something I may not need.

Great dentist. Must make an appt at least a month ahead of time but service is worth the wait

I had a root canal scheduled and when I called to ask what time my appointment was they told me it had been canceled because the dr. that was going to do the procedure was no longer working at their clinic. This was 1 day before my scheduled appointment. They refused to send me a referral to another dentist and are insisting i wait until October (2 months from now) for another appointment when my pain level is already a 10/10. I’m very disappointed
