Been here for about 3 years and service has been nice, up until this June 2026 year. Idk if Kim is a new hire, but her service needs some adjustments. She is the girl with Pink hair is not one to interact with or be around. I didnt interact with her alot during my visit, but her attitude was obvious. The ugly look on her face, no smiles, no hello. She acts like she hates her job and it shows. Aside from this issue, the doctor is amazing.
Great experience with my eye appointment! Everyone on the team is kind and welcoming, ensuring the visit is nice and straightforward. Dr. Matt and the staff make the entire process completely hassle-free.
Walked in to inquire about a new frame and possibly have my current frame adjusted but they would not help me because my current frame was not purchased from them bad customer service
For some reason, every time I set up an appointment the doctor seems to be out of office once my appointment day comes. I just feel that this eye care facility has no Idea on how to schedule an appointment. I will definitely be going elsewhere.
We love this place! Every visit is always great. The staff are very helpful. Dr. Matthew Asman is great. Highy Recommended this place to our community.
