Splendid communications skills. The president of the company actually came and inspected the relatively small outdoor job. Contacted this company without any experience previously in dealing with them. Their website is filled with major electrical contracting jobs done well but made me concerned at first that I was contacting a big contractor who would disdain the job for its modest scale.
