bad customer service – They are good in what they do. However the worst customer service ever! I'm sorry but the first thing in business is customer service and being friendly. That they are not!! You call to find out the status of your production, and their answer " I don't know" NOT EVEN AN ETA. The bottom line is that they are all RUDE and I for one hate calling there not matter how nice I am.. it seems that they are always having a bad day!!
