Our son had his first appt without any sedation medication to see how he would do, the staff were SO patient with our son through his own anxieties about getting work done. They gave him his time, supported him, the level of care was just phenomenal!! Our son said he feels ready and prepared for his next visit as a result of their deep level of care <3- he felt safe and not judged for having big emotions. THANK YOU DR. HAPPY AND STAFF for your amazing work today, we deeply appreciate you all!
I love this office staff and services are fast. With a 3 yr old it helps so much to be in and out and not have a long wait. Dr Q made sure to get my 3 yr old used to going before a cleaning was scheduled.
The Dr's and back office staff are great but the billing is horrible. Had to take our son for a tooth extraction and after reviewing benefits we were told a lower cost. 3 months later out of nowhere we we were told it would cost way more than anticipated. We were never told it would cost more and all was good at the appointment. Also they need to use a anthesiolgist who is in network with insurance or hire one to be a permanent staff member. So good with my nervous son, he loves coming here. The waiting room alone is a lot of fun.
I am so happy we found this place! Dr. Happy and staff are so kind and so good at what they do. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!
