They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I guess I got a slightly creepy feeling going into the building, it seems like a lot of homeless people hang out around the front.
