I was given very helpful information for the best options for my specific situation during my quote.
Top notch customer service. I needed a cleaning on my Macbook Pro so I could take it to the Apple Store for repair, and they left zero trace of anyone even opening it up. Went above and beyond what we discussed and honored the initial quote I was given. I will absolutely go back to using them when I need something affordable and with a real human touch!
Cannot recommend enough. Richard was extremely communicative with picture updates, gave a fixed price up-front, and worked around my schedule for pickup and dropoff. He brought my coffee-drenched laptop back from the brink of death
I was having issues with my PC shutting down every time I launched a game and they were able to not only troubleshoot, they fixed it and helped prevent future issues with the PC. Highly recommend to anyone having issues with their gaming PC
Came and fixed my seemingly hopeless pc. He then proceeded to help install windows and set up the pc with ad-blockers and other software, all while teaching me what each app did for the computer.
