After moving in about 2 months ago all kinds of issues arose from plumbing, water leaks, and no electric power for 4 days in which they failed to correct the issue leaving me to call L&I. Still waiting on a return phone call or maintenance visit to resolve this!!!
ABC put a tenant in place on 3/1 that has literally never paid a single month in full in rent. In fact, there were only 2 months that the tenant ever paid any rent. How ABC allowed this to take place for over 6 months is beyond my comprehension. And I can't even fathom the condition that the unit is in at this point. I've since moved management to TCS and we've now been going through the eviction process for 2.5 months. Still waiting on a lockout date from the Sheriff. ABC Capital has been a headache since I've moved in! I moved in with no toilet for months! No heat for a whole year because they kept illegally turning on the gas so PGW locked the pipes from the outside and inside of the house! I was told I only had to pay for 1 utility but ended up having to pay 3 utility bills. Since I did not have any heat I used 4 times as much electric so my electric bills are at least $300 a month until I pay off the balance! Plus my regular electric bill. Since the first day we moved in the house there were issues. We have no heat, it feels like outside inside. We had a flood in the living room that destroyed multiple random items. I am totally disappointed with what has happened and would not recommend this company to say the least.
