Horribly unprofessional. I was given a quote by the towing service about selling my junk car and they said they would come pick it up and even gave me a window of time to expect them. No word from them at all by the time they said they would come. I finally ended up calling them to see what happened and I got no answer and was never called back. What a waste of time. Not only unprofessional, but disrespectful and downright rude.
