I just spoke to someone about setting up an appointment on my day off and she basically told me she could send me to some places but by the time I could make an appointment they would probabky not be available. How can you help someone if youre not even willing to sit down and talk to them to determine their needs? Very very poor attitude towards customer service.

When i started looking for an apartment, they promised to help me out for free and also give me a 50\$ gift card to any place/store/restaurant i like. They helped me find apartments but found some way of not driving with me or come to the apartment complex, and didnt give me a gift card. They got their money from the apartment complex so their work is done.

Great company and great people. Gloria Sullivan is the most ethical person I have ever met. If you have issues, you can call her and she will do her best to make it right. I had issues with credit and she took time with me and looked for days to find the perfect apartment for me. Whenever I called the office, whoever answered was always helpful as well and made sure any messages were delivered.
