John went above and beyond to help us figure out why our alarm for the septic tank went off. He made the trip to our home at 8pm after we called him that same night. He went straight to work and helped fix our issue within an hour. We were so thankful that we didn’t need to go without water for very long. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Saturday morning we had a problem with our 8 year old "Moen Single Handle Posi-Temp Pressure Balanced Valve". The valve had been getting hard to turn on cold mornings, which sounds strange. But, we should have had it fixed a long time ago, but most of the time it worked just fine. But, Saturday morning it got down to 12 below zero not counting the wind chill, and when I tried to turn on the shower the handle was stuck, I turned on it to make it go, which was a mistake, and it turned but no water.
