Saturday morning we had a problem with our 8 year old "Moen Single Handle Posi-Temp Pressure Balanced Valve". The valve had been getting hard to turn on cold mornings, which sounds strange. But, we should have had it fixed a long time ago, but most of the time it worked just fine. The older guy came out to my friends house and was rude and weird the whole time he was there. Let her dogs out of the house acted like she was inconveniencing him the whole time he was there kept making comments about stuff that was none of his business. And this was nothing compared to some of the things he said to her that was just weird or out of line
John was very responsive to my calls and texts. He came out and was very kind and knowledgeable and was able to fix my clog quickly. So appreciated his professionalism and expertise.
10/10 professional service. Found a very hard clog 20ft outside of the house causing major backup into the house and got it flowing like new!
