I don't normally write reviews, but this one really irritated me. I called these guys to come service the AC units they installed at our house about 3 or 4 years ago. To start with, he didn't sound too interested in what i was explaining to him. He asked me to text him my address and he would get back to me. This was yesterday. I texted him again today for an update, and no response. Some kind of acknowledge is not too much to ask for, is it? Luckily i found someone else, hopefully they work out.
