Exceptional service! – After a traumatic fender bender, it was a very nice change to take my car to Abby's for repair. They took care of everything and gave me a brand new car as a loaner while my car was being repaired. Abby's did great work, gave me a discount, and even detailed my car (no small job in itself, thanks to many family road trips). My car has never looked nicer. This place rocks! – We had some body work for Abby's to do, and they couldn't have been more gracious and generous to us. They came to our house to look at the car and take the insurance information. Abbas offered to pay $150 of our $250 deductible. Flavio oversaw the work and I have to say the car looks brand new, even if it's eight years old. Sincere and outstanding service – If anything positive could come out of getting in a car accident, it would be the experience at Abby's Autobody. The repair took just two days and I was charged $400 less than I was expecting. They also touched up an ugly scratch in the paint and washed and vacuumed my car. I was provided with a free rental car without asking and it was a pretty sweet ride. The people that work there are really attentive and genuine and I hope you have a good experience too.

Superb Customer Service – I had never had to visit a auto repair shop before but after all that I have heard about the problems people have, I visited several shops before I chose Abby's. Here I did not have the line of people there to complain like I did at Leif's and I was helped right away. The manager there was happy to help me and told me that I could just drop the car off and take a rental on the spot. This is excellent!
