Be sure if you're going to use their loaner cars, that you get photos and damages in writing before you drive away. They gave me a dented, moldy loaner car, and I trusted all of these reviews, and didn't get a good look at how damaged the car was. excellent service – I was involved in an accident and took my car to Abby's. My experience started with them driving me to work after I dropped the car off. Later, during the repair process, they talked with the insurance company and worked out the remaining details so I didn't have to take time out of work to do so. They answered all my questions thoroughly, and said they would test drove my truck to double check that all the issues were take care of before I picked it up. Best in the biz' – I had an accident while I was at the country fair...and my car was parked at home. I searched online for a capable repair shop, and Abby's had received quite a few high ratings so I decided to give them a try. When I walked into the lobby area the owner (I believe) Fabio greeted me with a smile and a handshake. Old World Elegance & Extraordinary Service – I have used Abby's three times in the last 7 years and each time the service and elegant kindness of the philosophical Abby, and now the professional and courtly Flavio, have surpassed my expectations. Located in Multnomah Village, my neighborhood, each time they have thrown in something extra. 2 Canadians thanking you !!! – I am from B.C. and it was very disturbing when on our 2nd day out on holidays we had an accident.Dealing with out of country insurance could have proved to be a disaster. The best body shop in Portland – This was far and away the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. Flavio is an extremely nice man who does exactly what he promises. We had an accident in our Prius, he gave us a very nice Camry for a loaner, helped with our deductible, and finished the work ahead of time. They even took out some minor dings and scratches that were not even part of the estimate. The car looks new! I can't reccomend them high enough.
I was treated like a queen! – This is a quick thank you to Abby?s Auto Body. This was my first experience with a body shop (my first accident). The man in charge named Flavio waited after hours for me to arrive with my car. My wonderful 12- year old Camry was clean but was starting to show her age inside and out. Run For Your Life – If you are a woman and younger than 35 years of age, don't you DARE expect to receive customer service from this shop. I was treated like an uneducated child. Myself, a female, with two college degrees, 23 years old, own my own Company, work 60+ hours a week.......treated as if I knew nothing about customer service or cars.
