Abby was extremely knowledgable about the market. She helped us with the purchase of our new home and sale of our previous home. She advocated for us in both instances. She helped us get the best pricefor our home and helped us in preparing our previous home to get the best offer possible. She gave great advice and was right there with us every step of the way. Worst realtor experience ever. I would not recommend Abby Walters of Sager Realty based on our experience at all. I would even speculate that her sales statistics are falsely inflamed because if you are not willing to take the first offer that comes she recommends you remove the listing from mls all together. When we listed our home some 20 days ago I agreed to list at $350K but said if we listed at $350K instead of $360 then I would need to be firm on price and not willing to pay closing costs in order to make the sale fina... read more
Abby is a fantastic agent and we are so pleased that we were able to work with her. My sister and I were selling a home that we had recently inherited and we knew that we were going to need a lot of help since we weren't local. Abby was able to meet up with us on short notice and got to work right away. Abby makes you feel like you constantly her number one priority and has aided us through the entire process from selling, to renting, and assisting I purchasing land to finally build our dream home! We got very lucky when we met Abby at a property she was selling. That property was not the right one for us but Abby was the right realtor! Unlike other agents we've dealt with, Abby was interested in our needs, quick to assist us in our search and very responsive and proactive from start to finish. I couldn't imagine an easier transaction. Abby took care of everything for me and I honestly can't say much else about the transaction because she handled it all. I showed up, signed the papers and was a new landowner thanks to her! She is undeniably the best at what she does and I will continue to entrust her with my future acquisitions!

I have waited to write this review just in case my house took another twist while selling that Abby handled flawlessly. My house was on the market for a total of 7 months and I had three realtors during that time, so you can trust me that i know a good one when I see it.
