Abby is a true professional!!! When I was totally inundated with all the paperwork she provided guidance. We had no prior experience with purchase of property in MA (process is significantly different in CA) but Abby made it quite seamless. She organized all the required parties necessary for the smooth and timely completion of the transaction. She also arranged for workmen for remedial work on the property. A total godsend!
