Every experience with this office is abysmal; they care nothing for their patients, just about the paycheck at the end of the day. I was misdiagnosed with a cold instead of strep throat simply because she didn't want to do a swab, was rushed through both of my appointments with her, and have gotten the run around with the billing and scheduling departments, who are some of the nastiest people I've ever encountered. Patient care doesn't exist here, because none of them actually care. Disgusting.
I've moved to a different part of the city now but I continue to go to Dr. Roberts rather than find a new doctor closer to where I live, it's worth it to me because I trust her care. She listens to my questions, no matter how small, and takes the time to give me the answer or explanation I need in order to understand.
