Excellent physician. Dr Roberts asks if you have anything that you are concerned about, how your medications are working, and if you need anything. I always feel I can ask about whatever problem I have. Dr Robert's explains what tests she wants and why I should have them. I have used MyHealth and asked questions and gotten immediate responses.
I've been a patient of Dr. Robert's for several years and she is The Best! She truly listens to me and is very empathetic. I feel she takes all parts of my health (physical, mental and emotional) into account and treats me as an Individual.

Dr Roberts has been my PCP since 2011/2012! She is very knowledgeable and approachable! Now, my whole family uses her as her PCP! I would recommend!

Not good
I've been seeing Dr. Roberts since 2010 or 2011-ish and think she's fantastic! I've never felt rushed or dismissed by any concerns I've approached her with, as well as trust her advice and decisioning (as she articulates *why* she has suggested something, etc). I see her for general, preventative health as well as OB/GYN.
I transferred to Dr Roberts when my family Dr retired from this office. I absolutely love her. She is very thorough, asks the general questions for a check up, but also asks if I have anything that I want to talk about. She orders the lab work but what is really impressive - is she gives me a print out of my visit, my medications, my labs, and orders my medications from my current RX provider.Then the office calls with the lab results to verify that everything is OK. Great Doctor.
Medical history was incorrectly recorded. Requests for x-rays and reports ignored. Medical information was cookie-cutter and incorrect for my individual situation. I had to point this out to the doctor to get it correctly revised on my records and portal. Information on the online portal was not mentioned by the doctor during the exam, which meant too many surprises in my portal record without adequate explanation in the office.
