Not a good experience , overpriced for the quality! Thrown in a plate ! Not quality poor taste! The view is the only plus!

Being a CT native thought I should check it out. Beautiful spot, ok food. Very over priced and I thought the girl at the register was a bit rude. Nice stop if your a tourist. Just don't want people to think this is the best CT has to offer.
They were nice enough to open for us at lunch time even though they were on fall hours. The lobster roll while tasty was tough and chewy. I realize it was claw meat but shouldn't be chewy. The crabcakes were very good. Good slaw
My first visit was back in 1972ish. There was lots of parking space, walked right up to the counter to order, watched them unload at the dock. Grew up, married a sailor and was blessed to be stationed in Groton. 5 minutes away from Abbotts! Who told ALL THESE PEOPLE about my special spot in Noank?!? Miss you, Abbott's!! Maybe one day, I'll make it back. Save me a spot and save me a lobster- a female please!!!
