It's been a few years since we went here. Wanted to treat my wife on her birthday to a lobster roll like we remembered. What a disappointment. Lobster was dry and didn't fill a hamburger roll. Must have been out of butter. Chowder was just hot water. No taste, no clams.
Great casual place, showing what New England is all about! Nice location to sit outdoors!
The wait was long but who cares. I'm outside enjoying the scenery and the weather and the ocean... and the food is FRESH. The taste is amazing. The people are working hard and cranking out lobsters and ribs. Incredibly busy but very worth the wait if you like lobster. The clams and steamers by the way... so fresh. So good.
We have been coming here for years. This is the only lobster I long for. It's not summer unless we get to Abbott's. 👍👍
