We had a fantastic dinner at Abbott's on 7/3/17! We had the Abbotizer to start, with the veggies, cheese and dip, and followed it up with the New England feast - Abbott's broth clam chowder (delicious!), shrimp cocktail, steamed mussels and clams, and yummy, yummy lobster! I added an ear of corn "in the rough" which was great too! Highly recommend Abbott's! Thank you!
What a disappointment. I grew up going to this place and the food has gone down hill. Food was slow to come out but that's to be expected when it's busy. The food however left a lot to be desired. NE clam chowder was basically tasteless and the $51 loster roll? It's all claw meat, which is ridiculous, and it comes on a roll that makes it impossible to eat. I don't think I'll be returning :(
The food was very good! Good size portion of steamers. The lobster rolls were a bit of a disappointment - served on sesame seed hamburger buns instead of hot dog rolls but the lobster meat was plentiful! Would recommend going back!!!
Ist timer and this place is wonderful . The food was so fresh , the lobster full and sweet. Worth the drive
Loved it!! The lobster roll was so good!!! Have to go back and try more things!
