RecommendedThe food is excellent and I recommend you get there early, as in 3 to 4 pm. After that the line is outrageous and the staff is not up to going above and beyond to move things along. My girlfriend and I ordered a lobster roll, capris salad, and crab cakes. My girlfriend ordered an additional steamed lobster. We paid one after the other. I got my food within 5 minutes after waiting on line for over an hour. We had to wait an additional half hour for her to get her lobster. The we wait an hour to get up to the window and then after another hour wait no food and the manager was the worst so I asked for my money back. No empathy no how can I fix this to make it better. Channel 3 should never recommend this place again. Oh and there were other customers that was beyond frustrated with the service

spent over an hour in line to order, which I would have been fine except: order pick up area was so disorganized, the man putting food in the rolls didnt wear any gloves, my number was called and half my order was ready and had to wait another 15 minutes for the remaining order that was to go but nothing was in to go containers.
