Love this location. We visit Abbott’s whenever we are in Rochester but we have always had the best experience at the Webster location. The service is excellent and the custard is delicious. We will definitely return again when visiting the area.
Abbotts is the gold standard when it comes to this dairy confection. No place else like it on earth!!
Can't even make a proper milk shake. It was as runny as chocolate milk. Been a customer for over 40 years and have put up with the high prices, but....... No more.
Most disappointing Abbott's location I've been to .. There were so many bugs all outside the place. On top of that, the customer service was awful. The girl handed me my cone and she was trying to get it out the window where the other people were ordering. Not only did they breath all over the cone, she also wiped the cone on the side of the window (where you could see all the dirt) and she was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for a replacement cone.
