Dr Abbott’s appointment setter name Dennis should no longer be in position. It has been on more than one occasion my son either was not scheduled to come in, did not receive an appointment reminder call and this is the 3rd time Dennis said he did not have my phone number. I've been with Dr. Abbott for almost 30 yrs. She has always been knowledgeable, compassionate, and will reach out to you if needed. I change my dad PCP to Dr. Abbott.
I wish they would change the building to the new location and the GPS takes you to the old location for some reason
Dr. Abbot has been my doctor since 2016. I have 2 health conditions(M.S. & Polysistic Kidney Disease) outside of seasonal allergies an sinuses. I'm disappointed that recently I've felt that my health concerns must not be that important. For some reason I can never get a hold of any one at the office when I call an leave a message until way later. By the time I do get a call I'm told to go to emergency because I have gotten worse.
