I've been with Dr. Abbott for almost 36 yrs. She has always been knowledgeable, compassionate, and will reach out to you if needed. Unfortunately EPIC HEALTH SYSTEM has taken over her office and I've have nothing but horrible experiences. You can no longer speak to Dr. Abbott or any Dr anymore. The online system will hang up on you or the person. The staff are not friendly or smile like the old staff. It feels like just a business.😔 I'm going to miss my doctor.
Dr. Abbott is a great doctor. Very attentive, listens and gives good suggestions. She is very detailed and makes sure to take time with each patient. The problem is epic health and for that reason I will be going back to my old doctor. Also you are not able to contact the front office via phone. The number reroutes you to a generic call center with minimal patient information. The communication between epic health and the physical office seems to be non-existent.
