Wonderful service so helpful knowledgeable and great communication. They are taking such good care of my 89 yo mom w dementia. Kristen is always so kind and willing to help in any way she can. We are so blessed have Abbott home care in our corner.

I highly recommend Abbott Home Health Care. My mother was placed in hospice after her last discharge from the hospital. Abbott Home Health Care was an exceptional provider of home care for her final weeks. Addressed our needs of immediate coverage and were accommodating when we needed to expand the # of day coverage. Please feel comfortable employing this service for your loved one. They will be in good hands.

I can't say enough about Abbott Home Health Care. From the start of our journey that required extra care within my parents' home, Mark Grossman and Kristen were right by our side, making sure we had the care we needed to keep my parents safe and at home.

My sister-in-law, who was immobile, used Abbott Home Health Care and was very pleased with the service and the care giver. They formed a unique relationship which was wonderful until she needed skilled nursing care and was admitted to a nursing home. Mary

Abbott has been a terrible experience for our family. They hire and send aides who do not speak English. Holidays? They do not have coverage and leave their bed-bound customers lying in their feces for 12 hours. Unprofessional. Do not communicate with customers and family members. Do not pay their aides the proper salary based on the needs of the customer but still bill Old Colony at a higher rate for the special needs of the customer. This has been a nightmare.
