I had an amazing appointment! Wendy did a great job at everything! And Dr. Abbott was wonderful as well! Prior to coming to Asheville Dental Associates, I had been seeing a dentist in Asheville for several years and never left satisfied. Asheville Dental Associates found multiple cavities that have been around for a while
From the time you walk in the door the receptionist makes you feel like family. Mandi is the best hygienist I've ever had and Doctors Abbott, Hopper, and Garretson make you feel so comfortable. I would never consider ever going any where else.
Excellent staff and customer service.
It went a lot better than I expected. My previous 'crowning' from 10 years ago was worse than kidney stones or child birth. I considered having the tooth pulled rather than doing that again but....remembering how painless my filling was with Dr. Abbot, I agreed to give it a try. Glad that I did. It wasn't fun, but it did not hurt like the last time and I've had no 'ache' from it at all.
My family has been visiting this practice for 15 years. We are pleased to welcome Dr. Abbott. I have noticed quite a few technological upgrades since his arrival and they make quite a difference in the services provided. Keep up the good work!
Love the people in this office. very professional but truly caring. Makes the experience of going to a dentist not as scary.
