I don't do well at the dentist, but it is always a very caring and friendly staff and they make me feel comfortable.
Everyone in the office is great. They always remember our names, I always feel welcomed. Mandi always does a great job with my cleanings. She is gentle on my gums but my teeth always feel squeaky clean. This was the first time I met with Dr. Abbott but it went well, I didn't feel a thing and he did a great job on my teeth.
When you need a dentist, Dr. Hopper is the one you want to take care of your teeth. He has a great personality and really is gentle like the sign says. I have been going to him for several years and I trust him to take care of my teeth. He and Mandy have done a very good job for me.
I have always been SCARED to death of a dentist and only go to one when I'm in pain but this place just puts you at ease and makes sure you feel no pain at all. And yes I plan on returning soon
Dr. Hopper and Abbott are excellent dentists. They take care of your teeth without trying to talk you into unnecessary services. Love the dentist and the entire staff. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and everyone knows my name. I love this place and recommend it to all of my family and friends.
Came in with a tooth that lost a cap. I did not know but it already had a post installed and it was holding the cap in. When this crown came off it broke the post and part of my tooth. I was completely upset and was sure that i would be advised to have the tooth pulled. Not good. Well Dr Abbott checked me over and had a few xrays taken. Said he could fix. Saw Dr Abbott and was very pleased with his care. He was very concerned about his treatment and my comfort. Staff has always been top class. I love the personal level I get from the staff. They treat me like family. Yes, Dr Hopper will always be missed greatly. He is one of a kind.
My experience at Dr. Hopper and Abbott's office was excellent, as always. I've been a patient of Dr. Hopper for almost ten years now, and both he and his staff are always wonderful, caring, and professional. The best dental practice in the Asheville area.
