Poor Service I have lived in two communities in North Mecklenburg and both communities utilized Abbott. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to any HOA. They manipulate their agreement with the HOA in order to generate additional fees from residents. For example, they charge homeowners $25 for sending a letter addressing issues.
