I have lived here for 3 years. I experienced a lot of the same issues in these comments. I try not to be a worrisome crybaby about the negative things that on go on in the building. But I must say the people in the comments are telling the truth! I've lived in worse places, however, I had more thing stolen and damaged here than anywhere else I ever lived from, packages stolen, vehicle vandalism, more than once that my insurance did not cover, decorations stolen off my door more than once. Been here since January of thus year love living here stall is wonderful maintenance fixes problems promptly.
Updated review: 5 stars down to 1. Roaches. Broken washers never getting fixed or replaced. Me and the other tenants are so sick of it. They need to power wash the entrances but they never will. The scent of dog urine outside the entrances is FOUL. I get “notice of entry” for stuff that needs fixing about 3-4 times now and they never showed up to fix things. Omg… do not live here. Seriously, two freaking years and they have been juggling broken washers. Currently for this complex with HUNDREDS of people living here, there are only two working washers. At most, there is one working washer per floor, with (I’m guessing) about 40 apartments to a floor. There are roaches and mice they seem to not get under control, and are not proactive in treating apartments that are not yet infested. This place will be condemned soon enough.
