STAY AWAY! – NEVER take an animal here! Not your animal or even a stray! I adopted a little dog and had to take it here to get fixed. After reading the poor reviews, I expressed my concern to the adoption place and they assured me it was a wonderful place to take animals. WRONG! I dropped my little baby off this morning to be fixed-even though I had a bad feeling-and the office just called and said the "vet" wanted to talk to me. Great staff! – I would prefer to take my pet to them always,they saved my parakeet with great services,doctors are very good and friendly told me upfront the total cost and chances of survival,I appreciate honest and would recommend everyone to go this place.Thanks for great help and saving another life!
COMPASSIONATE & CARING – THIS WONDERFUL ANIMAL CLINIC HELPED ME RESCUE A DOG FROM CERTAIN DEATH AT HOUSTON ANIMAL CONTROL. THEY SHOWED INCREDIBLE COMPASSION - THE KIND YOU WANT THE PEOPLE THAT CARE FOR YOUR PET TO HAVE. PLEASE GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
Don't expect professionalism – Very disappointed in this clinic. You would think with all the clinics around this place would hire a more professional staff. Front desk attendant was very rude and apparently clueless when it comes to animal care. I would either hire better people or ditch the bitch at the desk.
Awful Service - Always Rude...all the way until the end! – First off, I only gave this review 1-star only because it would not let me leave a review with NO STARS! We left this clinic due to the rude nature of the staff. After finding a new veterinary hospital we still continue to have difficulties with their staff. Our new vet called to get our vaccination records while we were at the new hospital. The receptionist at Abbott became angry on the phone (we could hear her on the phone) and hung up. Best affordable quality care ever!Awesome staff! – I took my pit bull because of vomiting and diarrhea,staff did great economical care,parvo was negative but Dr did tell me that he can be become positive if we run test early in the course,my puppy after treatment is doing much better playing,I would recommend to go to this place for economical care and best services I had ever received at veterinary hospitals.Keep up the good work guys!Thanks for saving my puppy!
Always go and see this place! – My freind kristen refer me to this place and I am very satisfied,awesome facility and doctor is very respectful and did't charge me too much actually did so many things that i was thinking should be charge for, he educated me on cummunicable diseases from pet to me and especially my children he told me something about round worms and hooks worms can cause problem in children Thanks doc I apprecaite your honesty and services to this community !!!!!
Clean facility and nice, honest Doctor – I brought my dog in for his yearly check up later in the evening. The receptionist, the young blonde girl was very accommodating and got me in to see the doctor very quickly. The Doctor also didn't keep me waiting long which was nice. He spoke to me as a caring, honest man who was concerned about my pets weight. He told me like it is with out all the nonsense. The visit itself took no longer than 20 minutes, I was in and out. Great staff and facility – I bring lots of animals in for my rescue group and can say that I work closely with Dr. Javaid and his staff. He has always been very honest with me and respectful of my funds. He will tell you like it is in a very blunt manner but I always appreciate that about him. You can't beat there hours either! So don't listen to the nonsense from other reviewers. When it comes down to it, it's always about money. If you don't have money to spend on your pet then you shouldn't have one!
