great clinic!!! – I am going to this place for 6 years and I am fully confident about the services they provide. Last week I took my new puppy because she was coughing and had nasal discharge. When I went to see Dr.J they really took care of my baby. He recommended tests that I could not afford. He was very understanding of my finances and suggested that we try medicines and see how she does. Someone from the staff even called me a couple of days later to see how she was doing. We took our cockatiel in and the Dr said it was good as dead!!! Take it home, we were told and it was expected to die overnight. We cared for it ourselves and wasted the 100.00 charge and 1 yr later my beautiful bird is still with us! Thank Dr for giving up on him and saying its "so" ill.
My pet got Parvo and Dr. Javaid saved her life. I will be ever grateful to him and his staff for taking such good care of my little girl. It is obvious that they really care.
Never go here-horrible service-unprofessional staff-all about money-don't get the amount of service you pay for-very rude and insensitive- avoids answering questions about your animals care-didn't provide updates about my animal-charged me more with out my consent-double charged me-did not provide me with a at home treatment plan when picking my dog up after 2 days-not clean smells bad- while checking my dog in 2 dogs got into a fight under there supervision- didn't give proper shots I was told she would get and then refused... read more
HORRIBLE VET CLINIC. They are only about money. No care in the world other than financial profit. I had a very sick cat and after paying $85 ONLY for the doctor to check his ears and take his temperature, he comes back in the room to tell me he can't do anything for my cat unless I pay $1400!!!! When I tell him I don't have that kind of money, he responds, "I don't know what to tell you" and walks out of the room. Great clinic! – I have been taking my rescue animals to Abbott for 4 years. I rescue animals from the street, shelters, people who can no longer take care of there pets etc. Some times they are mangey, bald, flea infested, dirty etc but they always take my animals in with loving open arms.
