Historical and Unique Abbot Mill was originally a woolen mill and has 129 units - almost each one is unique. Many with lofts, wide pine floors, beautiful brick. Mine has a wonderful stone wall and high ceilings and a nice size patio. Large windows allow me to watch birds and see the sweet dogs (and cats) that come around for daily walks with their owners. Slice of heaven These apartments are like fingerprints, each is unique and has small pieces of the Mill that it used to be. Its a greenish living space with solar panels and they're even reconstructing the old water turbine from the original mill to help with electricity costs! High ceilings, exposed brick, soft pine floors, 10' windows and it's pet friendly! The maintenance staff is quick to replace/fix. Quite hours are glorious for the professionals and snow removal is like an orchestrated event, seamless and complete.
