I can't give them any stars. Abbitt is a HORRIBLE management company. Everyone I talk to has nothing good to say about them. They are unfair and do not keep their properties up. THEY ARE CROOKS AND I WILL POST THEM ON EVERY SITE I CAN AS WELL AS SOCIAL MEDIA!
My family rented a home from this awful company for two years. The house was not in great condition when we moved in, but figuring its a rental, we overlooked some things. The move out process is ridiculous and do not expect to get your full security deposit back - they take advantage of us military families, whom don't get to choose where we live in the first place. Trying to deal with Sue Deuel was not a pleasant experience, as she hung up on me. Never again will I use this company or refer them to anyone.
Very professional property management representative. Takes the burden off the owner to provide that quality of management that makes the the service desirable. I recommend this company for other property owners.
Having a TERRIBLE experience with this company RIGHT NOW! Their management of the property is completely unprofessional. I got hung up on by one of he agents yesterday because they're getting tired of my complaints.
