I am re-posting this because the complex decided to hide my review but the people have a right to know! Stop hiding my post. First the front staff a different rating because the front staff are wonderful & so are the people who help take care of the complex. Everything else is b.s. I work at a hospital with crazy 12 hour shifts and a mother of one. When I tell you I am exhausted and barely making it, I couldn’t be more honest. I’ve had an amazing experience living in the Abbington place community! The staff is amazing at driving for results and looking at the best interest of the customer. I’m excited to experience the upgrades and changes happening in the community as well. By far the beat place I’ve lived in Greensboro and this will be my last stop until my fiancé and I buy our first home. Feel free to look at the nice grounds and the nicely decorated model, but don't be fooled. Paper thin floors will keep you up at night. Attempts at break ins will make you fearfully depressed. It's like living in a cheap paper box. If you're looking for an upscale peaceful place to live...don't waste your time. Maybe you'll be fortunate enough to choose your unit and if you do, don't select 19D, trust me. At one time this was a nice community; now you would be better off almost anywhere else. I live here in Abbington, it's a really nice place to stay, pet friendly , maintenance is wonderful anytime I have a problem which is hardly ever, they come out. the office staff is awesome I love them. Taylor goes out her way to make sure her tenants are happy and taken care of they are such wonderful people. all of them if you are looking for a place to live I suggest here.
Fantastic Community Absolutely love living here, finely a place to call home for me and my dog Thanks Morgan and everyone at the leasing office for being so amazing
