Already paid for everything and confirmed the day before that I could pick up the U-Haul at anytime between 10am-12pm as someone else was supposed to be driving the 10 ft truck for me. Had a family medical emergency on the day-of. Arrived to pick up the U-Haul before 12pm and I was told that I no longer had a truck.
