Great new dentist! After 30 years with Dr. Schutte, I wasn't looking forward to starting over with a new dentist. Dr. Konz was friendly but professional, even as I presented an unexpected need in my dental care. I also had a substitute hygienist, Monica, on the day of my visit. While some subs are simply filling time, Monica had taken time to read my history, and explained what she was doing & kept me informed while I waited between her cleaning & Dr. Konz's exam. SIX STARS--for super excellent Not only did the hygenist and Dr. Konz NOT reprimand me for pulling off my crown with a Nip, but they expertly glued me back together at no charge. Bless them both!!! THANKS.
