good news My new dentist passed her crown test with an A+++. Of course I listened to my iPod on headphones through the entire procedure. But she did not interrupt me! Appointment Dec. 6, 2027 5 Stars all the way! Staff is ALWAYS friendly....starting with the Office Manager when you walk in the door. Appointments are always on time. Technicians always begin with a friendly conversation...asking about work/family/holiday plans, etc. Then ask about your personal health...making notes in your file before dental work begins. Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff Routine cleaning, and as usual, nothing but extremely friendly and exceptional service. Mindy was fantastic and Dr. Konz took the time to discuss plans for my dental care.
Urgent visit to Dr KONZ I received prompt and excellent care for my painful tooth. The pain is completely gone now. A lot of it may have been gum irritation. My old dentures don't fit too well and put pressure on my lower right canine. Thanks! Parker LaBach
