I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Dr. McKnight and Carol yesterday morning. Both ladies went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease with this 'very new' experience. I have wanted to get caps for several years and finally got up the nerve, (and saved the money), to go forward. Really impressed with the amount of time Dr. McKnight spent listening to my expectations and explaining in detail exactly what can and what cannot be accomplished.. Once again,... Many Thanks, Joe
